Gastronomy

Just like hotels, also restaurants and venues are scattered all over the city, but the cheapest ones are usually concentrated around the bazaar. Kayser mantis are exceptionally tasty, called Turkish ravioli, i.e. dumplings filled with meat, poured with melted butter and cold yogurt.
